What started as Lincoln Downs decades ago, then became Lincoln Park, then Twin River, is now Bally’s Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort. The former Twin River Worldwide Holdings adopted Bally's as its corporate name last year, and the company unveiled a big expansion at the Twin River site in Lincoln on Thursday.
Rhode Island’s casinos have a new name: Bally's.
